Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains how BetaBioLabs handles orders for research-use-only peptide products, including final sale terms, non-returnable items, damaged shipments, incorrect orders, and shipping-related concerns.

1. Policy Overview

All peptide sales on BetaBioLabs are final once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only peptide products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Peptides require controlled handling and storage conditions, and once products leave our facility, we cannot verify how they have been stored, handled, or maintained.

2. Returns and Non-Returnable Items

Peptide products are strictly non-returnable after purchase.

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Peptide products after the order has been confirmed
  • Opened, used, altered, or handled items
  • Products that have left our facility and entered the shipping process
  • Products not stored under recommended research storage conditions after delivery
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Requests based on change of mind, personal preference, or customer ordering error

Because these products are intended for laboratory research use only, BetaBioLabs cannot accept returned peptide items back into inventory under any circumstances.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

  • Your order reference number
  • Clear images of the shipping label
  • Photos showing the packaging condition
  • Photos of the affected or incorrect product(s)

After review, BetaBioLabs may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or store credit where the issue is verified. Refunds are not offered for peptide products.

4. Lost Packages and Shipping Delays

If a shipment appears delayed, we will review the tracking details and available carrier updates.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect delivery information, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control do not qualify for a refund.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, BetaBioLabs may review the order for possible reshipment or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for peptide orders.

5. Cancellations and Order Changes

Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted immediately after placing the order.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipping, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections, quantities, shipping details, and order information before completing checkout.

6. Refund Timing

BetaBioLabs does not offer refunds for peptide products.

In rare cases where a non-peptide item or administrative issue qualifies for review, any approved resolution will be handled according to the specific circumstances of that order.

To submit a support request, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Relevant images, package photos, or tracking details
